A cracked supply line or an overflowing appliance doesn't check the clock before it ruins a floor. We built our Cerrillos dispatch around speed, because every extra hour of standing water costs more to repair.
We built Hirex Water Damage's Cerrillos operation after hearing the same complaint over and over: the "24/7" number that never actually answers when it matters. Every technician you'll meet is a direct Hirex Water Damage employee, not a subcontractor pulled from an app.
Our lead technicians hold IICRC water restoration certification and have worked jobs ranging from a single soaked bedroom to a fully flooded commercial floor, which is why Ceiling Water Damage Repair in Cerrillos is treated as a specialty, not a side offering. We carry full liability coverage and hold active licensing to operate throughout Cerrillos, NM.
Equipment lives in a Cerrillos-area warehouse rather than being trucked in from three counties over, which shortens arrival time considerably.
Anyone in Cerrillos who's had a mid-night plumbing failure knows that every extra minute of standing water means more material soaked through. That gap between a fast, equipped response and a slow, improvised one is exactly what Hirex Water Damage was built to close.
We also invest in ongoing technician training, since restoration methods and equipment keep evolving and a Cerrillos crew running outdated techniques does the property a disservice.
Not every water problem looks dramatic — some of the costliest Cerrillos repairs began as a barely-noticeable issue. Here's what tells our team a Cerrillos property needs a professional look rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Cerrillos line and we'll give you a straight answer on urgency.
From a single flooded closet to a three-story commercial building, our Cerrillos crews scale the response to match the actual damage. Each item on this list corresponds to an actual step in our process, not a generic label.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors built to clear a flooded Cerrillos room before water soaks deeper into the subfloor. Moisture mapping follows every extraction so we know which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We calculate drying needs using humidity and temperature data rather than guessing at equipment placement, with daily logs so you can watch the numbers improve.
On the residential side in Cerrillos, we handle the flood cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so the home is ready for rebuild, with photo documentation at every stage for your insurance file.
Cerrillos businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage — a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants has to move fast.

We put the guarantee directly on the work order for every Cerrillos job, in writing. If a follow-up visit is ever needed, we send a technician familiar with the original job whenever scheduling allows, so you're not re-explaining the situation to someone new.
We built this guarantee because Cerrillos property owners deserve more than a verbal assurance that a job is done — they deserve proof.
